What you should know

Cancellation

Your booking is covered by the currently valid EU standard. If you need to cancel, please inform us at least 30 days before your intended arrival, as otherwise you are responsible for any cancellation fees. If you depart earlier than anticipated, we will charge you for your complete booking. If you cancel 30 days before your intended arrival date, the cancellation is free of charge. From 29 days to 8 days prior of your arrival date, the cancellation fees are equal to 70% of your booking. From 7 days up to the day of booked arrival, you will be charged the full booking fees.

Bookings

Our hotel is open from March to November. We accept bookings all year round. Once you have forwarded your booking in writing, we have sent you a confirmation and have receipt a deposit of 25%, the booking is official. Any occurring bank transfer fees must be carried by the sender.

Please do not forget to think about taking out travel insurance. Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

Check-in / check-out

At the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 pm. At the day of departure, you must vacate your accommodation at 11 am at the latest. If you arrive later than anticipated, please contact us to let us know. Otherwise, your room will be offered to other arriving guests after 6 pm.

Payment

You can pay by bank transfer, with your EC card or cash. Changes and printing errors excepted!

General information

We hope you understand that our hotel policy does not allow us to accept bookings for your pet.
If you would like the use of our swimming pool and the See.Wiesn with the access to the lake after 11 a.m. at the day of your departure, we will charge € 15 per person.
